SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All items purchased from SO.VERY are considered final sale. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted with the exception of faulty items.
Items listed as "pre-order" are subject to our regular returns policy. Once a pre-order has been placed, it is not eligible for cancellation within the expected shipment date. If your pre-order is delayed beyond the listed date, we will notify you immediately.
Each item is carefully quality checked before shipment. Due to the nature of vintage clothing and handmade items, minor signs of wear and variations are normal – this is what makes each item unique! Please note that these variations will not be grounds for a refund.
If you believe your item has been damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will be more than happy to repair it for you if possible. We will not be able to repair items that have been damaged due to improper handling.
We go out of our way to describe the sizing, fit and character of each item in the product description. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
If using a promotional code, please be sure to apply the code before placing your order. We are unable to apply any promotional codes or discounts once an order has been placed.

A MESSAGE FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE:
Please be advised that we expect significant delays out of the USA due to airline cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. International customers should expect delays of 4-6 weeks for delivery. Free shipping will be applied during this period.
All orders are dispatched from our Florida office within 2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). If for any reason your order is delayed in processing, you will be contacted immediately.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN UNITED STATES):
Domestic orders over $100 USD are eligible for free standard shipping.
Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1 - 5 business days).
If you require urgent next-day shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information in their order. If you have entered any information incorrectly, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to amend your details. No changes can be made once your order has shipped.
SO.VERY is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
SO.VERY is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. We take care in packing each order to ensure it arrives safely. If you believe that your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact USPS or your local mail provider.
For the benefit of our overseas customers, all international orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee at checkout. Exclusions apply for bulky items.
International orders over $200 USD are eligible for free standard shipping.
Standard: $10.00 (USPS Priority 7-10 business days)
Express: $40.00 (DHL Express Worldwide 2-5 business days)
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs charges. SO.VERY is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by your local government. If a package is unclaimed at customs, it will be returned to us and any returns costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
